She specializes in therapeutic massage utilizing a combination of Swedish, Deep Tissue, Myofacial Release, Aromatherapy, Cranial Sacral Therapy, Reflexology, Prenatal massage and stretching techniques to ease tension, improve flexibility and greatly increase circulation. Mira has extensive knowledge of Western and Eastern holistic concepts and treatments to design specific sessions based on each individual’s therapeutic needs. Mira is a graduate of the Cortiva Institute of Massage and Skin and she is a dual-licensed massage therapist and esthetician in the state of Maryland. Mira has a wealth of experience working in the luxury retail and spa industries in Bethesda and Columbia. Elaaj, or इलाज in Hindi, means to remedy or relieve. Elaaj Wellness was created to bridge the gap between therapy and remedy because we believe that therapy is more than just body treatments that provide temporary relief from symptoms.
